Job Description

We are seeking a part-time, per-project, freelance Mac tech to provide the following services for our customers:

– setup, support, troubleshooting of the whole Apple Mac line of hardware
– General networking knowledge 
– setup, support, troubleshooting of other Apple-related products: iPhone, iPad, TimeCapsule, etc
– data receovery and migration for Mac

We seek individuals that demonstrate:

* Courteous and polite attitude to all levels of computer user
* Respect to confidential information
* Expert troubleshooting deduction
* Proven Track Record with References
* Excellent Service and Timely Delivery Record
* Ability to Conduct Business Electronically (from PayPal to Remote Desktop support)
